FAQ

  • How can I transfer my data to a new phone?

    • Your Poker Mate data is a saved with your phone backup. To transfer your data, make sure you have a fresh backup of your current device (usually to iCloud but you can also backup to a Mac). When you set up your new phone, choose the option to restore from a backup.
  • Can you add graphs?

    • Yes. I’m working on version 3.0 of the app which will include graphs. You can download the beta to test this.
  • Can I have more than 1 live game at a time?

    • No. I designed the app to work best for live poker players. If you play online, I recommend using a desktop application like Poker Tracker to track your play.
  • Is there an iPad version?

    • At this time Poker Mate does not have iPad support, however I do plan to add this in the future. This will come in the form of a universal app, so if you upgrade to Poker Mate Pro on one device, this upgrade will count for all of your iOS devices.

    • If you would like to help translate Poker Mate to be in your language, please email me.
